Margot Hilton (born 1947) is an Australian author.
Hilton was born in London and graduated from the University of Leeds. She visited Australia in 1974 for a holiday and decided to stay, becoming an Australian citizen in 1983. She has written film scripts, speeches, songs and articles, as well as several books.
She was married for 18 years to Graeme Blundell, with whom she co-wrote an autobiography of Brett Whiteley, published in 1996. During this period, she ran off with the person that, 20 years earlier, Whiteley's then wife Wendy Whiteley had also run off with.[1] She has re-married, lives in Sydney and has two children.
